Glaucus mural in Bayonne

In the city of Bayonne, PichiAvo has unveiled their latest mural, a captivating homage to Glaucus, the Greek sea god. This mural intertwines with the city’s deep affinity for water and it’s presented as part of the Points de Vue Street art festival. Bayonne, located at the confluence of the Adour River and the Atlantic Ocean, has always been shaped by its relationship with water.

The Points de Vue festival, created in 2017, is organized by the Basque Country Urban Community in collaboration with Bayonne town hall and the KAXU gallery.
Offering a real open-air gallery in Bayonne but also in the territory, it can be discovered by looking up at monumental frescoes or by looking for hidden treasures in the form of artistic interventions in the streets.
