PichiAvo’s painting “Eros’ Education” is part of the FreeChildren campaign, created by the nonprofit organization Street Art for Mankind for the United Nations International Year for the Elimination of Child Labour. The campaign aims to raise awareness of child labor and trafficking.
More than 100 billboards can be found all over New York City. People can scan the poster with the free app “BehindTheWall” to hear PichiAvo’s statement about child trafficking, together with the outstanding actress, UNODC Goodwill Ambassador, and Oscar winner Mira Sorvino. People will be able to listen, learn and take action along with the International Labour Organization, the United Nations agency on the world of work, promoting jobs and protecting people since 1919.
