On this website, you can acquire original works, limited editions and collaborative products by PichiAvo. The process will vary depending on the type of item:
In-stock products
To purchase an in-stock product:
Select the item and check its full description.
Click “Order”.
If a form appears, complete it with your name, email, country and optional message. Our studio will contact you to complete the purchase.
If the cart is enabled, go to “Cart” and click “Checkout”. Enter your billing and payment details to finalise the purchase.
Some products may be sold via third-party platforms, which will be clearly indicated.
If a product is sold out due to simultaneous purchases, you will be notified within a maximum of 48 hours.
Third-party collaborations
Some products, especially merchandising or collaborative works, redirect to a third-party site. Their terms and conditions will apply.
Custom commissions
You can commission a piece by emailing info@pichiavo.com with your preferences regarding theme, colours, size or format.
PichiAvo will reply with an estimated delivery time and a conceptual sketch (non-binding). You may suggest one round of revisions. Artistic freedom remains with PichiAvo.
Commissioning implies acceptance of the final result and of PichiAvo’s distinctive blend of classical and urban art.
Ownership extends only to the physical support. All intellectual and moral rights remain with PichiAvo, including derivative works and sketches.
This includes the rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate and transform the artwork.
The purchaser may not exhibit, sell, or commercially exploit the work beyond private ownership.
2. Price

The prices of the products are indicated on each product page and are expressed in euros (€). They include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Shipping costs will be calculated and communicated prior to finalizing the purchase. In the case of third-party platforms, prices and additional charges may vary according to their own conditions.
PichiAvo reserves the right to update prices at any time. Orders in progress will always respect the agreed price.
3. Payment methods

You may pay for your order via the following methods:
Credit/debit card: Visa, Mastercard and Amex. The order is confirmed once payment is authorized by your bank.
Bank transfer: You may request to pay by transfer. In that case, PichiAvo will send you the bank details. You have 10 business days to complete the payment. Products will be held until then. If no payment is received, the order may be cancelled.
Once your purchase is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
PichiAvo does not store or access sensitive payment information. Payments are processed through secure platforms.
To prevent fraud or identity theft, we may request verification via phone or email before finalising certain purchases. This may include ID verification.
If you fail to provide the requested documentation within 48 hours, the transaction may be cancelled and refunded.
4. Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on availability and destination:
Spain and Portugal: 1 to 3 business days.
EU countries: 3 to 7 business days.
Outside the EU: 5 to 12 business days (subject to customs delays and duties paid by the customer).
You will receive tracking information by email. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Delays due to force majeure or external circumstances (e.g. weather) are not the responsibility of PichiAvo.
Delivery is understood as the moment the item becomes available to the recipient or to the designated collection point.
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 15 calendar days and send proof to info@pichiavo.com. Once verified, the item will be repaired or replaced.
Custom commissions
Delivery times for commissions are approximate and depend on the complexity of the request and the studio’s workload. Quality always comes first.
If we are unable to contact you within 30 days after the commission is completed, PichiAvo may cancel the order and retain the partial payment made.
5. Right of withdrawal

5.1 Period and process
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason.
To do so, email us at info@pichiavo.com with your full name, address, and contact details.
5.2 Refund conditions
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs, within 14 calendar days using the same method of payment.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
You must return the product in perfect condition, at your own cost, within 14 calendar days of informing us.
5.3 Exceptions
No withdrawal applies to customised or personalised products, in accordance with Article 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
